  3. We research your niche to find out exactly what they want and will buy. I’ll share with you my 14 essential questions to ask during your interviews, tell you what to say, how to say it and what NOT to say. You’ll gain a gold mine of information.
  4. We craft a core marketing message that compels prospects to buy. We do this by using answers from our research questions so we’re not guessing what sells, but KNOWING what they want. At this point your practice will grow even faster.
  5. I help you craft a niche marketing system based on your research and your marketing message. I’ll show you where to find prospects and how to set the stage for interviews. You’ll have proven systems you can follow and repeat. This will grow your base every year with renewable leads and referrals.
  6. You’ll save time because you will have a super-efficient rich niche and get more referrals. Also, I’ll show you how to use Stephen Covey’s time matrix so you are sure to do the most important things and not get seduced into wasting time on unimportant activities.
  7. I’ll act as your thinking partner. We’ll collaborate on your plans and clarify your thinking so you make better decisions and move forward confidently.

It’s not unusual to have resistance when it comes to building your practice. It may feel stressful to you or you may have negative beliefs that are holding you back, not to mention past negative experiences that have made you “gun shy” when it comes to practice development

As a coach, I bring years of experience to my clients – Experience in business, but also as a clinical social worker for 23 years. I know how to deal with negative self-talk and judgments, emotional reactions such as fear, indecision and procrastination.

My training as a clinical social worker is a huge help here. I know of no one who is an expert in both financial practice marketing AND clearing emotional blocks — what I call the outer and inner games.

How we’ll work together

In the first part of this coaching program I’ll help you get a crystal-clear vision and develop goals for your business and life. Your vision will inspire you, guide you and give you clear direction.

We’ll develop action plans to get out there as soon as possible to find ideal prospects and make them clients. I’ll help you develop a rich niche that attracts more profitable, high net worth, clients.

I’ll work with you intensively to help you learn the skills you need to get the results you’re looking for, whether you need to master your networking, selling, public speaking, etc.

This is a hands-on program where we develop your knowledge and skills. You’ll wake up each morning knowing the three things you need to do today. You’ll not only know what to do, you’ll know exactly how to do it and you’ll become more skillful over time.

We’ll track your progress from where you are now to where you go. In fact, each week, you’ll send me a progress report so I know what you’re working on and what your challenges are.

We’ll optimize your psychological and physical environment. We want to be sure you are surrounded by positive supportive people. I’ll also guide you to get rid of distractions and other friction that slows you down and saps your energy.

And we’ll master your psychology to clear away limiting beliefs, fears, and doubts. This may be the most important benefit of all. Without confidence and positive thinking you simply don’t perform well.

The program is tailored to your needs and where you are now. Although we cover very specific principles and practices, these are adapted to you and your unique situation.

I’ll be there with you helping you overcome obstacles, acquire new skills, and improve your performance.

The best part of this process is that once we have worked through these steps, you will have a true grasp of how a super-efficient rich niche works. You’ll be prepared to grow your business in ways you never before thought possible and actually have fun while you’re doing it!

What will working together in this program look like?

This is what our coaching relationship will look like:

I usually work with clients six months at a time.

We’ll meet by video conference or by phone for 45 minutes to an hour, usually every two weeks.

We’ll engage in in-depth conversations during each session where we’ll create your future, make plans to get there, and face any obstacles fearlessly.

I’ll share proven marketing ideas and strategies with very specific how-tos and provide you resources and materials to help you understand what to do and how to do it.

You’ll leave each session with clarity about what to work on next, including step-by-step plans. And I’ll hold you accountable for taking action.

Between sessions you’ll work on assignments to learn about marketing, develop strategies and materials and then implement what you learn.

You’ll have access to me by email between sessions, if needed. If you have a question, need a resource or want some quick feedback, you don’t need to wait until your next individual session.

I often help my clients by editing their marketing materials, guiding the development of your website and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns.

You’ll fill out a Client Acceleration Form before each session to let me know what you’ve been working on between sessions.
